Local fire crews responded to two area brush fires on Wednesday.
Marion Center and Plumville fire crews responded to a report of a brush fire just after 4 pm along Route 119 near Olson Road in North Mahoning Township of Indiana County.
WCCSradio.com notes that Marion Center firefighters said about three quarters of an acre were damaged. That call came after crews had to set up a landing zone on Pearce Hollow Road in East Mahoning Township just after 3 PM for a man who fell from a bucket truck. No other details were provided for that incident.
According to Jefferson County Fire Wire, Perry Township fire crews responded to a reported brush fire in at a location along Means Way in Perry Township at 8:30 Wednesday night.
No details further details regarding injury or damage have been released yet.
