Yesterday morning, the Indiana County Commissioners approved distributing the first few rounds of opioid settlement money to several qualified projects.
One of the projects is the collaboration between the Armstrong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission and Indiana Regional Medical Center on a mobile unit that will reach some of the more rural areas of the county.
Kami Anderson with the AICDAC says the project will not only help on the physical side but with mental health as well.
