The search for a Kittanning man wanted for fraud charges dating back to last year is still on-going.
State police say 34-year-old Matthew James Wilson is charged with two felony counts of home improvement fraud and one felony count of theft by deception. According to a police report a 55-year-old woman allegedly paid Wilson $6,000 in cash for the purchase and installation of a generator, but he did not follow through on that agreement and reportedly did not respond when she contacted him.
