Clarion Borough Council is looking for a partnership with Clarion Township, Monroe Township, C-L, and the school district as they want them to make a decision about the Second Avenue project next month.
ClarionExtra.Com reports, the council wants to be transparent and fiscally responsible to all the citizens of Clarion Borough and approved $3,000 for the engineering required for the preliminary application.
