Daniel Paul Dean, Jr., 26, of Clarion, is set for a criminal conference today regarding a $19,000 bad check written for two vehicles in August.
ExploreClarion.Com is reporting Dean, who is charged with a first-degree misdemeanor, allegedly issued the check from a closed account and failed to pay the victim despite repeated promises. He is also facing charges in two unrelated cases, including falsifying information and violating Pennsylvania’s Megan’s Law registry. Dean is free on $50,000 unsecured bail.
